2.2. The Authorities is BetZenit N. V.

2.3. Legislation is the current legislation of Curacao.

2.4. Bookmakers company is a company that accepts bets on sports and other events.

2.5. Site administration – authorized staff acting on behalf of the Bookmakers company.

2.6. The User (gambler) is an individual taking part in Betting.

2.7. Betting is the agreement between two sides when the loser must fulfill his obligation (to pay the amount of money which has been agreed in advance). The betting is concluded in the form of accepting bets from the User on terms previously offered by Bookmakers.

2.8. Line is a list of events and their outcomes with the odds of winning offered by the Bookmakers for the betting.

2.9. The Bet is the amount of money that the Customer invests in a certain upcoming event or events, the outcome of which is unknown at the time of making the Bet, predicting one of the options for the outcome of this event or these events. The Customer loses the bet in case of a loss.

2.10. The outcome is the result of event for betting offered by Bookmakers.

2.11. Winning odds are the prices of various event outcomes offered by the Bookmakers.

3. Bets types

3.1. Single bet is a bet on a single outcome of one event. The win is equal to the product of bet amount on the odd of given outcome established by Bookmakers.

3.2. A multiple bet is a bet on the simultaneous forecast of several outcomes of events fully independent from each other. The winning in multiple bet is equal to the product of the amount of the bet on the odd of the express. The express odd is obtained by multiplying the odds of outcomes of all events included in this express. The express is considered to be won if all the outcomes of all events included in the multiple bet are correctly predicted. Losing at least one of the outcomes means a complete loss of the entire multiple bet.

3.3. The System betting is a complete combination of multiple bets of a given size from a predetermined number of Event outcomes. In System betting you are required to indicate the total number of Outcomes and the dimension of one multibet (the System option). The winning in System betting is equal to the sum of wins on the multiple betting included in the System.

4. Outcomes types

4.1. The victory of the first team is marked as "W1" in the line.

4.2. Draw - is indicated by the symbol "X".

4.3. The victory of the second team is indicated in the line with the sign "W2".

4.4. The victory of the first team or a draw is indicated by "1X". To win this Rate the winning or a draw of the first team is required.

4.5. The victory of the first team or the victory of the second team is indicated as "12". To win at this bet the winning of the first or the second team is required, that is, the match must be without a Draw.

4.6. The victory of the second team or Draw is indicated in the line by the sign "X2". To win at this bet it is necessary the winning of the second team, that is, the victory of the second team or Draw is necessary.

4.7. You can place a bet on an event based on the handicap that is indicated in the line as "H".
The Handicap is the advantage or lag of the competitor expressed in goals/points/sets/ etc., to the user provided by the Bookmakers. After receiving the result of the event, the User adds an established handicap to the goals or points of the selected team. The Bet is considered won if, after this addition, the result of the match is in favor of the team chosen by the user; in case of a draw (with account for handicap) – the bet is returned; in Multi Bet cases, the bet is settled with odds of 1. The Bet is considered lost if the opposite team wins.

4.8. The Total (also 'Tot') is the number of goals scored in a game/match. To win, you must predict the score: 'Over' or 'Under' the number of goals in a game/match. The outcome means the regular time score, which is specified in these Regulations unless the line specifies otherwise. Only the goals scored by one team are considered in settling individual Totals. If the Total is predicted accurately, the winnings are settled with the odds of 1. For parlay bets, the winnings for the accurately predicted Total are also settled with the odds of 1. The individual Total bet covers the number of points, goals, games, etc. played or scored by a single team (a player).

4.9. Match score bets.

4.10. Half-Time/Full-time Bets (HT-FT bets) (Period-Match, Set-Match, Inning-Match, etc): For these bets you have to guess the outcome of a match at both half time and full time. The following letters are used in the betting line to denote the outcomes: W – win, X – draw. The first symbol represents the first half outcome and the second is the full time result. For example, W1W2 means that team 1 (W1) won the first half, and team 2 (W2) won the match.

4.12. Bets on round or gameday statistics. If even one match is not played during the round, then the bets on round statistics shall be returned, with the exception of Bets calculated on the basis of clearly determined results of the previous gamedays of the round or on the basis of the results of events that ended before the start of the event that failed to take place.

4.12. Whitewash: The Win of one of the competitors in the match in which the winner does not skip his own goal; Comeback win is a match in which the competitor who was losing during the game gains the final victory.

4.13. In some tournaments, bets are accepted for Asian handicap and total. The handicap and total parameter in outcomes is indicated by a quarter value (e.g. 0.25; 0.75; 1.25, etc.). For this type of bet, the bet amount is divided into two equal amounts with the handicap or total parameter +0.25 and -0.25 of the initial wager amount. For example, a RUB 1000 bet placed on F1 (-0.25) is divided by F1(-1) RUB 500 and F1(-1.5) RUB 500.

The home teams consider teams which listed first (designated as "1") in betting offer, visiting teams listed second (designated as "2"). In other cases (for example, a cup competition from one match or an international competition taking place at the same country), the numbering of participants in the competition is conditional, and the information about venue is informative.

5.11. Calculation of Bets is made only based on the results announced by the Bookmakers. The announced results do not apply to Customers who made bets bypassing or in violation of the rules. For such Customers, a decision is made on an individual basis: The Customer is recognized as a loser or receives a payment with the odds of "1".

5.12. In case of incorrect bet settlement (for example because of incorrect entered results), such bets will be resettled. That said, bets made between the first and the final settlement are considered valid. If, after resettlement, the account balance ends up in the negative due to the resettlement of Bets due to incorrectly entered result, this account will be blocked until an amount not less than that of the negative balance is deposited. 5.17. The time for making decisions on the VIP-betting by the company is determined from the moment of submitting the request on the VIP-bet and does not exceed 8 minutes or time of the beginning of the next event in the match. The request for the bet, during the consideration of the request, cannot be revised. As a result of consideration, the bet can be accepted or rejected.

5.18. The VIP-betting is calculated according to the usual rules, after determining the results for all outcomes included in the bet.

10.2. Match statistics bets: penalty time, shots on goal, body-checks, faceoffs won, blocked shots, etc. are calculated according to the official game stats sheet. When calculating wins from bets on time penalties, only 2-minute penalties as well as double-minor penalties are to be taken into account. Penalty minutes earned within a period are used to calculate the bet outcomes for such period. 25.2. Bets on BetGamesTV are accepted and settled in compliance with these Rules.

25.2.1. Lucky 7 is an entertainment event (lottery) in which 7 of 42 numbers are drawn with a wide range of outcomes. 7 out of 42 balls are randomly selected and put in a tube (tray). A draw is considered valid if at least 7 lucky balls have been selected. If more than 7 balls enter the tube, only the first 7 balls are counted, the rest are ignored. Each draw is preceded by a single round of bets, during which participants can place bets on all possible outcomes of the upcoming draw. A betting round takes place between draws and lasts about 4 minutes.

25.2.2. Lucky 6 is an entertainment event (lottery) based on probability. A wide range of betting outcomes is offered. In each draw, six (6) game balls out of a total of sixty (60) are randomly selected into the trays of the gaming machine. The order of winning balls is the same as in the tray from left to right. The tray on the left side is considered to be the first. There is only one round for betting. The player can bet on all available outcomes in the upcoming draw. A round for betting takes place between the draws and takes about four minutes.

25.2.3. Lucky 5 is an entertainment event (lottery) in which 5 of 36 numbers are drawn with a wide range of bets. 5 out of 36 balls are randomly selected and put in trays. The order of winning balls is the same as in the tray from left to right. The tray on the left side is considered to be the first. Each draw is preceded by a single round of bets, during which participants can place bets on all possible outcomes of the upcoming draw. A betting round takes place between draws and lasts about 4 minutes.

25.2.4. Wheel of Fortune is a quick and easy entertainment event with clear betting options. The host introduces the Wheel of Fortune game, spins the wheel anticlockwise, and then rotates it clockwise with a light flick of the wrist. During the draw, the wheel is spun only once, except in cases when it is necessary to repeat the spin. Th spin of the wheel and the draw are considered valid if the wheel makes at least three full clockwise spins. The spin of the wheel is counted from the moment the host starts to spin it clockwise, and the arrow moves to a different sector. The result of the draw is the number or symbol of the sector where the arrow lands after the wheel stops turning. Each draw is preceded by only one round of bets, during which participants can place bets on all possible outcomes of the upcoming draw. A betting round takes place between draws and lasts about two minutes.

25.2.5. War of Bets is an intellectual card game based on probability that involves two sides. The higher card wins. The game is between two sides. The dealer deals one card face-up to each side in every draw. The cards are dealt one at a time, and the player always gets the first card. The goal of the game is to get a higher card (aces count as highest and twos as the lowest). A tie occurs if the player and the dealer have the same card value. In the first round, bets can be placed before the cards are dealt. Players can bet on one or more possible outcomes. In the second round, bets can be placed after the player receives the card and the odds have been updated. Bets made in the previous round do not affect subsequent bets, so players can place their bets on the same or different outcomes more than once. In the event of a Battle (tie), players who bet on this outcome will receive their winnings. Bets placed on the player and/or dealer lose.

25.2.6. Bet-on-Poker is a live intellectual card game with rules similar to Texas Hold 'em. The dealer deals 12 (twelve) cards face-up to 6 (six) positions (clockwise), so each position receives 2 (two) open cards. After that, 5 (five) board cards are turned successively. The goal of the game is to collect the best combination of 5 (five) cards using a hand (2 open cards) and 5 board cards. The highest hand(s) win(s). The first betting round starts before the cards are dealt. The second betting round starts after the cards are dealt and the odds are updated. Bets made in the previous round do not affect the bets placed in the second round. The third betting round starts after the flop is dealt (the first 3 (three) opened board cards), and the odds are updated. The fourth round starts after the turn is dealt (the fourth opened board card) and the odds are updated. After the last card is dealt (fifth board card), the results of the game are determined.

25.2.7. Bet-on-Baccarat is an intellectual game with a game process and rules very similar to Punto Banco. The game involves 2 (two) sides. In the course of the game, the dealer deals 2 (two) open cards to each side. Cards are dealt one by one; the player always receives the first card. In special cases, a third card is dealt to the player and/or banker. The goal of the game is to collect a total number of points as close as possible to (or equal to) 9 (nine) after all the cards permitted by the rules have been dealt. A tie occurs if the player and the banker score the same number of points. The value of numerical cards (from two to nine) is equal to the number of points of this card. The value of cards with symbols and tens is 0 (zero). Ace's value is equal to 1 (one) point. All points are added up to calculate the total amount of player points. If the total amount is a two-digit number, the first digit is ignored, and only the second digit of the number is used to determine the total points. For example, 9 (nine) + 4 (four) = 13 (thirteen), so the result will be 3 (three). 7 (seven) + 8 (eight) = 15 (fifteen), so the result will be 5 (five). The first betting round starts before the cards are dealt. Players can make bets on one or more possible outcomes. The second betting round starts after the player has received the first card and the odds have been updated. The third betting round starts after the banker receives the first card and the odds have been updated. At the end of this betting round, the player and the banker receive a second and, if necessary, a third card (each). Then the results are determined and the winner is displayed on the screen.

Dice are rolled in one draw on the table only once, except in special cases when the draw must be rolled again. A draw is considered valid if both dice fully land on one of their sides and form a clear combination. The draw results in a combination of two dice of a certain colour with a certain number of pips on the top side of each dice after they are rolled onto the table. There is only one betting round where players can bet on all possible outcomes in the upcoming draw. The betting round starts after the end of the video broadcast of the draw and ends within about 40 seconds.
