Account access recovery
You can restore account access yourself by entering the mobile phone number you used to register your account. Then enter SMS confirmation code you received and your new password, if needed.
Password restoration failed?
If you have you been unable to restore access, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org. Enter the following data in your letter:
- User ID (Login)
- Your favorite sports team
- Your best friend’s name
If the data entered is reliable, you will receive your new password by e-mail you entered during registration
How to keep your account safe?
We remind you that for the sake of security we do not advise sharing your personal account login and password details to a third party. Here are a few more tips for keeping your account and funds safe:
- Do not tell your password to anybody! «Zenit» Bookmakers never ask for password for your account.
- Mails from Zenit Bookmakers are always sent from the address ending with @zenitbet.com. If you receive any suspicious messages from other addresses asking you to provide your personal data, please contact out support team.
- Do NOT reply to phishing mail asking for your personal data and do NOT follow links in such mail, as it can lead to your account being stolen!
- Security questions are only asked by automated system and only during withdrawal.
